1. Notes:
1.1 On request of passengers acquiring tickets to "S" category cabin it can be used to accommodate a third person by adding a folding-out bed.
1.2 Four-berth "E" and "D" category cabins can transformed to double occupancy with 2 lower beds by way of turning 2 upper berths upwards.
1.3 Berth location in "B", "C", "CA", "CB" category cabin - 1 lower bed and 1 upper bed.
1.4 In case of purchase of the round trip ticket by passengers citizens of all countries except Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Romania, on a route Odessa - Istanbul - Odessa with open date or fixed date of return from Istanbul (in case of interruption of round trip), tariff increases on 5 USD.
2. Terms applicable to tickets:
2.1 Fare includes 3-time meals in the vessel's restaurant.
2.2 Fare includes obligatory transport accident insurance throughout the voyage in accordance with the Decree of Cabinet of Ukraine dated August 14, 1996 with the liability limit of UAH 8500.
2.3 One way passengers are obliged to leave the vessel not later that 1 hour after arrival of vessel to destination. While the vessel in Istanbul, passengers can stay aboard the vessel at USD 25 per day inclusive of 3-time meals.
2.4 Ticket cancellation:
Passengers canceling the ticket not later that 5 days before departure are entitled to 100% refund.
Passengers canceling the ticket not later that 72 hours before departure are entitled to 75% refund.
Passengers canceling the ticket not later that 24 hours before departure are entitled to 50% refund.
Passengers canceling the ticket less than 24 hours before departure are entitled to 25% refund.
Passengers canceling the ticket after departure are not entitled to any refund.
2.5 Luggage :
Each passenger occupying a separate berth is entitled to carry 50 kg or 0.5 cub m of luggage in cabin free of charge.
Luggage in excess of allowed rate will be charged in accordance with cargo tariffs.
